General Policy
Fees paid for services to Darta Sewa Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable, as we process registrations and documentation immediately upon request.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment is detected
- We are unable to provide the service due to internal failure
- A refund is legally required
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information submission by the client
- Delays caused by government agencies
- Services already initiated or completed
Cancellation
A service cannot be cancelled after the processing work has started. If the user requests cancellation before processing begins, a partial refund (after deducting admin fees) may be granted.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
